Orders & Shipping
Where does Lindry Lab ship?
Lindry Lab ships to any street address in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for an additional air shipping cost. Lindry Lab ships to PO/FPO/APO addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally yet, but coming soon.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Lindry Lab also accepts ShopPay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
When will my payment be charged?
Your form of payment will be charged at the time your order is shipped. You will see a pending authorization charge at the time your order is placed on our website.
Do promotions apply to all products?
All Lindry Lab codes and promotions exclude subscriptions, gifts, bulks and bundles, and e-gift cards. Lindry Lab discounts cannot be combined.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it is within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel your order directly on the Order Confirmation page. This page should be accessible via your confirmation email by clicking "View Order Status", or via your browser's history. Under "Order Actions", click Cancel to cancel the order.
If your order has been processed, we cannot cancel your order.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard shipments placed before 12pm EST will process by the next business day. Standard shipping will take 3-6 days.
How long does expedited shipping take?
Expedited shipments placed before 12pm EST will ship the same day. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once as it is assigned in our warehouse so you can follow along with the package's progress.
Is shipping free?
We offer free domestic ground shipping within the contiguous US with orders of $100 or more.
If you select expedited shipping at checkout, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are located, the weight of the products being shipped, and how quickly you wish to receive your merchandise. You will be able to preview the cost of shipping prior to placing your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. For larger orders, your items may arrive in multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number.
You can also track your order within your account on lindrylab.com. If you experience any issues with tracking or need assistance accessing your account, please reach out to us at customerservice@lindrylab.com.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at customerservice@lindrylab.com as soon as possible so we can do our best to help resolve the situation. In your message to us, kindly please include your order number, image of the damaged box and list of item(s) damaged and we will reach out to you to provide instructions.

What is the return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please email us at returns@lindrylab.com to initiate a return.
Do you offer exchanges?

Do Lindry Lab products work in both hard and soft water?
Yes, Lindry Lab products are formulated to perform seamlessly in both hard and soft water.If you have soft water or use a water softener, you may find that less detergent is needed. We recommend starting with half the suggested amount and adjusting from there. If you notice excess suds, simply reduce the dose. You’ll maintain the same level of clean while using only what you need.
Where are Lindry Lab products made?
Our liquid formulas are assembled in the USA. Our accessories are made in China and Vietnam.
Are Lindry Lab products safe for children?
When used as directed Lindry Lab laundry products can be used to wash children's clothing, and our home cleaning products are suitable for daily cleaning in your family's home. Like most cleaning products, Lindry Lab products should be kept out of reach of children and pets. If swallowed, drink plenty of water and contact a physician. For contact with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and contact a physician. For product contents, see ingredient list on back of label.
What does "biobased" mean?
The term biobased (or bio-based) means our ingredients come primarily from renewable sources that are not petroleum based. When you choose laundry and home products made from bio-based ingredients, you can help decrease our reliance on fossil fuels. Bio-based ingredients are derived from many different agricultural, marine, and forestry materials, and they can include animal ingredients. The bio-based ingredients in Lindry Lab products are exclusively plant-based and are not tested on animals.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes, we use 100% PCR Bottles.
What is the shelf life of Lindry Lab products?
Our formulas have a shelf life of 1 year.
Can I use Lindry Lab products in HE machines?
Absolutely, our fabric care formulas are optimized for HE (high efficiency) machine usage.
Are Lindry Lab products tested on animals?
Lindry Lab does not test our fabric or home care products on animals. Our Laundry and Home Cleaning solutions are made with USDA Certified Bio-Based ingredients for a beautiful clean! The bio-based ingredients in The Lindry Lab liquid fabric and home care products are exclusively plant-based, and do not contain animal components. We are leaping bunny certified.
