SHIPPING Policy

Where does Lindry Lab ship? Lindry Lab ships to any street address in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for an additional air shipping cost. Lindry Lab ships to PO/FPO/APO addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally yet, but coming soon.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, if it is within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can cancel your order directly on the Order Confirmation page. This page should be accessible via your confirmation email by clicking "View Order Status", or via your browser's history. Under "Order Actions", click Cancel to cancel the order.

If it has been more than 30 minutes since placing your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible on the day of ordering to see if a cancellation is possible. We start to process orders soon after they are received and cannot guarantee cancellation of an order once it has started to be processed.

If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

How long does standard shipping take? Standard shipments placed before 12pm EST will process by the next business day. Standard shipping will take 3-6 days. 

How long does 2-day shipping take? 2-day shipments placed before 12pm EST will process by the next business day. 2-day shipping will take 2-3 days. 

How long does expedited shipping take? Expedited shipments placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once as it is assigned in our warehouse so you can follow along with the package's progress.

Is shipping free? We offer free domestic ground shipping within the contiguous US with orders of $100 or more.

If you select expedited shipping at checkout, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are located, the weight of the products being shipped, and how quickly you wish to receive your merchandise. You will be able to preview the cost of shipping prior to placing your order.

How can I track my order? You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. You can also track your order within your account on thelaundress.com. If you experience any issues with tracking your order or need help accessing your account, please reach out to us at customerservice@lindrylab.com

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at customerservice@lindrylab.com as soon as possible so we can do our best to help resolve the situation. In your message to us, kindly please include your order number, image of the damaged box and list of item(s) damaged and we will reach out to you to provide instructions.
